Incourage Our live-in māmā (mother) and pēpi (baby) service. At Incourage, we provide a nurturing environment for babies at risk and their mothers, offering an immersive living arrangement that fosters attachment and support.

TBRI® Training and Support TBRI® Training and Support serves as the foundation for all our services, reflecting our deep-seated passion. We provide comprehensive caregiver training, professional development sessions, and specialised training for schools.

Ingage is our therapeutic programme for tamariki and rangatahi in the care of Oranga Tamariki and aged from five years old. This fun activity-based programme runs every second Saturday during the school terms. It is an opportunity for tamariki and rangatahi to have sensory needs met, participate in TBRI˚ group therapy with their buddy, and create wonderful memories.

Can you come and be their buddy for the day?

“Imagine your best future”, is the goal of our youth service. Currently under construction, these homes will aim to provide a live-in support service to rangatahi. Scaffolding key life-skill building and mentoring for rangatahi so that they emerge from their care experience grounded in who they are as individuals, and a good sense of where they are going.

Do you believe in them too?

Iho (our cultural support service) is vital for maintaining connection to te reo and tikanga Māori for tamariki and rangatahi whāngai. We work alongside Awataha Marae in the North Shore of Auckland to achieve this for our tamariki and rangatahi. Contact us directly to find out more.
