Trauma-Informed Organisation Training
-
Do you work with clients or colleagues who may have experienced trauma?
Many organisations work directly with clients who have experienced complex or traumatic histories. Often these individuals make decisions that negatively impact upon themselves and others. This can leave professionals grappling to find effective ways to support them.At Immerse, we recognise the profound difference that adopting a trauma-informed approach within your organisation can have.
Our innovative and interactive, 'Professionals Training', is designed to empower leadership and the workforce with the tools they need to comprehend and respond effectively to the behavioural nuances resulting from trauma. Grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and other attachment-based methodologies, this training equips the workforce with knowledge and practical strategies tailored to foster a transformative working environment.
A calm brain is the optimal state for learning. Through our Professionals Training, participants delve into the evidence-based practices of TBRI®, unlocking a profound understanding of how complex developmental trauma impacts the neurology and physiology of individuals. Armed with this knowledge, workers gain access to a comprehensive toolbox of strategies aimed at fostering regulation, engagement, and long-term success.

What Professionals Are Saying
“Thank you so much; this training provided such a rich amount of knowledge and practical skills to take away and implement.”
“After doing this training myself as a social worker, I hope this training will become more and more popular to the wider [professional] communities. Parents and caregivers should be funded to attend this training.”
“I recently came over from care and protection and this course would have meant a lot if it was taught when I was a care and protection social worker. It gave me some insight into some parents’ behaviours and intergenerational trauma.”

“Trauma survivors need to feel safe in order to heal; they need to feel some sense of control over their lives...”
